How we run a 365-day staffed operation
Staffing
Recruit, hire and train curbside assistants and supervisors; build schedules around TSA passenger forecasts and shuttle schedules.
Safety & compliance
Port-approved Safety Plan and Job Hazard Analysis; airport rules, DHS/TSA security and badging requirements.
Quality control
Written SOPs, quality checks, complaint escalation plan and participation in the Port's customer comment program.
Service on the ground
Queuing and crowd control, baggage handling, wayfinding and mobility assistance for guests with special needs.
Reporting
Monthly staffing reviews with weekly updates to the Port Contract Administrator; open shifts reported in real time.
